Soprano
Soprano Stephanie Keegan-Moring is equally at home on both operatic and musical theatre stages. Favorite musical theatre roles include Jack’s Mother in Into the Woods, Sister Margaretta in The Sound of Music, and Mrs. Paroo in The Music Man. Operatic highlights include roles in Die Fledermaus, The Tender Land, and The Marriage of Figaro. She has performed with Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma, UCO Summerstock, and Next Stage Theatre Company.
Stephanie especially enjoys performing as a soloist in choral repertoire. She has appeared with the Oklahoma City Philharmonic, Schola Cantorum Oklahoma, and the Plainsong Vocal Ensemble, and her solo work includes performances of major works such as Vivaldi’s Gloria, Handel’s Messiah, and Charpentier’s Messe de Minuit pour Noël. Stephanie currently sings with New York City’s C4, where she is a choir member and featured soloist.
Stephanie also has extensive experience in church music as a cantor, chorister, and guest artist. She served as cantor at Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Edmond, Oklahoma, for nine years before relocating to Manhattan. She is now active as a substitute chorister and guest soloist with churches throughout New York City.
